The Cecil B DeMille Award recognizes “outstanding contribution to the entertainment field” and it is selected by the board of directors of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Spielberg was chosen for his "outstanding contribution to the entertainment field. He is in currently in post-production on "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull," which will be released next year. Rumer Willis, daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, was selected to serve as Miss Golden Globe at the upcoming 65th Annual Golden Globe Award ceremony. A: Progressive Scan is a method to draw the image on the TV screen one line at a time in a sequential order. It takes 1/60th of a second to draw an entire screen image. This method produces a more detailed image with less screen flicker. By contrast, interlaced systems draw an image by first drawing the odd lines and then the even lines, so you only see half the image data in 1/60th of a second. To see the full benefit, your TV must be capable of displaying progressive scan content.
