Here at HT MART, we strive to give you not only best quality products, but a seamless shopping experience as well. To make everything as simple as possible, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your order(s). Please feel free to contact us, and we’ll try our best to help you out.

OUR HASSLE-FREE RETURN/REFUND POLICY

For any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, simply Contact Us with your Purchase Order (PO) number and the reasons for return. Our team is trained to handle the rest.

The only exception being we cannot accept return on products with personalization unless damaged or defective. As you can understand, those products are made just for you, we always try to do our best in providing all the details upfront to make sure the customization in sizes and text are exactly how you want them. 

Please note the following:

1. As mentioned above, custom orders are non-refundable. Production timelines are estimates and may be impacted due to material and freight delays.

2. In the event of a delay, HT Mart will try to resolve and supply comparable resolutions.

3. If an order in in production and experiencing delays, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you do not wish to wait.

4. Shipping estimates are good for 15 days. Recalculation before delivery may result in a balance due prior to shipping.
